I remember a period in my life where I was like a hamster on a wheel. I had no time to look away and felt like I was swamped in a never-ending list of things to do. On one such day, when I found out that a very dear person was sick, I had an epiphany. I realized I was missing what was truly important. I began to make adjustments and re-prioritize. I realized that we ourselves create a maelstrom of our everyday life. It is us who start the cyclone: the choice is ours! This photo reminds me of the need to stop, it helps me to assess whether I am in the right state. To reconsider what is important or what is truly valuable yet again.
