Dita Lūse, Winter sun

The cold winter sun is illuminating the austere interior of a church. The intricate lacework of window frame appears only in the cast shadow, which in turn displays the shape of the wall. Dita likes the way one thing brings out the other – light, shadow, shape.

The inspiration for this work originates in Dita's trip to Hamburg.

The artwork was exhibited in Dita's solo-show that took place within the Art Revolution Taipei 2016 in Taiwan.
