О художнике
Painting for me is meditation and work at the same time. It gives me joy. Painting allows you to go into yourself and gives you a better understanding of the existing world and nature around you. My painting themes can be found in nature: gardens, seasons and chiaroscuro games on tree branches. Nature for me has always been an inexhaustible source of inspiration.

1987 – 1994 J. Rozentāla Secondary Art Scool of Riga
1994 – 2002 Latvian Academy of Art, Department of Painting
1998 – 2000 Master workshop of drawing and painting, lead by prof. J. Jurjāns, prof. Kr. Zariņs and prof. N. Brasliņs. 1998 Bachelor`s degree in Art. 2002 Master`s degree in Art.
A member of Art Union of Latvia since 1997.
Participates in exhibitions since 1993.
