Juicy cherries, warm summer nights with birdsongs and water splashes, flowering fruit trees, all this makes us remember last summer, which was full of laughter and joy. Liena Baklane wants to stop a moment from last summer. To catch this moment she uses excellent technique that she has found in acrylic. Her world consists of many small moments and feelings, that are not only important in our daily lives, but also depends from our entire perception of life. Liena says that it is very important to see what is inside you and then to bring it out. Her painting is characterized by chiaroscuro games, bright colors, reflections and smooth lines. She searches her inspiration in nature and its majesty.
Through the branches of trees enters the light and Lienas task is to catch it and she manages to do it very well. We wish you all a little something from Liena's sun in this dark time.
